Quality Control
At Hotelworks®, we conduct very strict IQC/IPQC/OQC check for incoming raw materials for our client's order.
We make sure all mechanical properties of the raw materials we used are fulfilling the specs and also it is environmentally friendly which complies to requested export standard.
For each order quantity, we have an official AQL sampling size and make sure no defects on surface, size, color, package, hardware.
Current Defective Rate: ＜0.02% from existing builders, contractors and home owners feedback.
