2. Measure the size: Use a ruler to measure the length and width of the gaps between doors and windows, and purchase the door and window seal strips of the appropriate size according to the measurement results. Use a pencil to mark the corresponding size on the seal strip for subsequent cutting.
3. Cutting the seal strip: According to the marked size, use scissors to cut the seal strip to the corresponding length. Be careful to keep the cut neat to avoid damaging the seal strip.
4. Install the seal strip: Apply glue or adhesive to the inside of the gap between doors and windows. Stick the cut seal strip in the gap coated with glue, and press hard to make it adhere firmly. Make sure that the seal strip fits tightly as a whole, without voids or looseness, so as to give full play to its sealing function. Use your hands to gently push and pull the doors and windows to see if they can move smoothly and whether the sealing strips will be pulled or fall off. If any problems are found, adjust or replace the sealing strips in time.
