2025 New Project Updates on Commercial Outdoor Shading Solutions
We (Hotelworks Group) are proud to announce today our latest collaboration with Alinma Real Estate Development, a leading real estate company in Saudi Arabia to deliver customized aluminium windows doors and outdoor shading products for a new commercial site in Riyadh this year.
The client was very impressed with our rich project handling experience overseas and they finally decided to be in partnership with our company out of 5 big suppliers in China after 3 months evaluation. The exciting news came this morning. This project is about 5,000 square meters with a highly customized solution for windows doors and outdoor sun-shading products which should be strong and energy efficient enough to protect the whole building against extreme heat resistance and will be launched officially in early 2026 to public.
All windows and doors we proposed for this big project are made in our top rated systems with thermal break aluminium window door designs and built with high performance low-e glass. Most of the windows type are in awning window designs and casement window types. For outdoor shading solutions, we shall customize this order with a few designs such like extra large outdoor parasol, awnings and canopies. In some outdoor balconies, we shall also build customized aluminium louvered pergola for outdoor use. Once operational, the commercial site will also provide abundant outdoor shading area for people on the first floor.
Currently, the site is under construction now and we shall start to send the 1st container building materials (total 7✖40GP containers) in June onwards.
